Since 1974 Viglacera has made building materials and developed 19 industrial parks in Vietnam and Cuba. In Thai Nguyen it develops Song Cong II and Tay Pho Yen, about 40 minutes from Noi Bai International Airport.

Founded in 1974, Viglacera Corporation JSC (HOSE: VGC) makes building materials and develops industrial parks and urban areas.
In 1990 Viglacera produced the first construction glass made in Vietnam, and in 1998 it opened the first float glass plant built by a Vietnamese company. Its industrial park business now covers 19 parks in Vietnam and Cuba. Viglacera Thai Nguyen JSC is a subsidiary of the Corporation and develops the two parks in Thai Nguyen.

Operating period 2024 – 2074
Roads, power, water, wastewater treatment, telecoms, fire protection and security are built as one system. The park targets manufacturing, technology and supporting industries.

A key project of 499.07 ha for high-tech, electronics, components and precision engineering. The wastewater plant is fully enclosed, with an odour-control tower.
